Question is Ryzen 5 3500U worthy

I bought a ryzen 5 3500u laptop last day. It played 8k video with lot of stucks while it played well on i3.
Is there something that i have to do to improve its peformance like updates..

I'm not finding anything that states that it supports 8k. 4k appears to be the highest.

You didn't specify the exact I3, but the most recent Intel cpus use UHD 630:

There's 16k next to JPEG/MJPEG, and that's it. Nothing about Intel's supporting 8k either...

Even the best I3 around does not support 8k video output.

The vega in a Ryzen 5 3500u is more powerful than any I3s integrated GPU, so I would suspect the issue isn't with the APU.

Internet issue?
