Question Is ryzen 5 3600 paired with gtx 1660 or rx 580 enough?

Is ryzen 5 3600 paired with gtx 1660 or rx 580 with 2*8 gb ram enough for streaming and gaming.

For 1080P gaming/streaming either GPU would be fine but the 1660 performs a little bit better so I'd probably get that one instead of the RX 580.

16gb is enough however with AMD Ryzen make sure it's fast as it impacts performance significantly, go for 3200mhz if possible or at the very least 3000mhz.
