I'm getting a new rig to try DDR3 RAM and I will be overclocking both CPU and RAM. I wanna know if Samsung's DDR3 is good for overclocking.

And I've seen those letters come after the ram's model name like S or E or U but mine seems to be without any of those letters (if the seller's correct.) will this affect the performance of the ram?

Spec:
CPU : i7-4790k
Motherboard : MSI Z97 Gaming 5
RAM : 32GB Samsung PC3-12800 (8GB x 4)
GPU : GTX 970

It usually is, specially with Samsung b-die chips. Just don't expect too much of OC, having 4 sticks may overload IMC and be unstable.

Samsung's 4gbit ICs weren't too bad, but 2R dimms in a 2DPC configuration might limit you.
To get a better idea of the clocks you can except to hit, refer to edyn's ddr3 overclocking guide, you can find it pinned in the overclocking discord. Also, you should be able to identify the IC from the sticker, or directly reading the revision off the die, if there's no heatsink.
