[SOLVED] Is Saphire RX 5600 XT compatible with A320M board

Hello i think of buying a Saphire RX 5600 XT but its kinda confusing for me because in the rating on the produkt they say like for extra perfomance they say something with update bios and i dont know how to update bios and its says its need to be in a pci-e expeess 4.0 16x but my Gigabyte A320M-S2H have 3.0 16X i think so i wounder if its even compatible this is maybe an dumb question or an easy answer but im not good on pc
