Question Is seasonic advanced RMA legit?

Hello, I have a faulty-ish PSU that can be RMA'd however I need to know if anyone has had any experience with seasonic's advanced (cross-shipping) RMA.

I use my computer for work, and the PSU has a faulty power switch. The standard RMA would mean days or week without essential tool for my work.

They have offered me an "advanced RMA", which basically means I create the RMA through the standard process and then pay the amount on my receipt to their paypal "paypal@seasonic.com" and once received they ship the replacement part and then I swap it out, send it back and they refund me the previous amount I paid.

Anyone done anything like that before? The email I'm messaging with is " supportdesk@seasonic.com " so at least I know that is legit.
