Is Seasonic G550 enough for This system?

Yes it is enough.

When not parts of the system are overclocked it will very likely reach an average power usage of 400W on the 12V+ rail, You should be fine.

Though you might as well pay a little bit extra and get the i5-4690K, seeing as the motherboard supports it out of the box. (A reviewer even managed to overclocked a 4790K to 4.8 GHZ on the same board.)
