Hi guy, I’m planning to upgrade my vga from msi armor 1070ti to sapphire nitro+ 5700xt, but i don’t know if my psu could handle.
Here is my rig, detail:

• intel i7 8700
• asus strix b360-F gaming
• corsair vengance 2x8 G
• rx 5700xt sapphire nitro+
• 1HDD, 2x SSD
• psu seasonic s12 620w

Yes, the Seasonic S12ii 620w will be able to handle that system, although it is an older design PSU.

even a 600w or slightly lower could handle that setup.

Hi - rx 5700xt sapphire nitro+ doesn't work with S12ii 620w , sent mine back, 1min after any game black screen, it's too old for this GPU I'm afraid, do not buy it

It's not too old to run it. You either had a defective unit or the power draw was too high for a 620 watt unit.
