550-600 would be better and see you through the next few upgrades.

The card itself uses nearly 200W, the cpu will be another 100W, with other ancillaries consuming maybe 50W, that puts you at about 350W, Ideally you want to be 50-60% loaded so that you aren't stressing it.

Having said that it would work, they are both good units which helps, BUT you don't want to be 'good enough' with your PSU, you want 'solid', not 'just about managing'.
