Program Files x86 > NVIDIA Coroporation > NVIDIA GeForce Experience then right click on GFExperience and click create shortcut. It will ask if you want it on your desktop, click yes. Then, right click the shortcut and hit properties. Then, at the end of the "Target" field, type in "-shadowplay" without the ". Make sure to put a space before the dash.
