Thank you for taking the time to reply , on the Skill QVL list they mention the above ram with C15D-GFX not C16D -GFX will that Matter? as all I can find at a reasonable price is the C16 D.

The QVL will never list all available/compatible memory, there are just too many to keep up such a list. You should be good to go with this memory. No worries.
