Is sleeping dogs worth it ?

I've just seen sleeping dogs is on sale on steam for €25 I'm just wondering is it worth my money or should I save it for games coming out

Yes its good, it seems like GTA,but its very diffrent.
-Cool action sequnces, nice driving controls and also some slow motion shooting while you are in action.
