Is something bottlenecking my pc?

I just recently just built a pc for gaming with some pretty decent hardware and was wondering if the frames that I get are what they should be or if something that I have in the PC is bottlenecking the performance. On a game like h1z1 get around 90 fps max settings. And for CSGO I get 290 fps. I was just curious because I see people with the same graphics card getting more fps.
CPU: Intel I7 6700 (not k)
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 ti
Memory Viper DDR4 16GB 3200MHz
Storage: 500 Gb SSD, 1tb hard drive

Not sure about h1z1 but I have read that CS GO is unique that it actually caps fps based on internet connection. Nothing in your system should hold it back. At 290fps there is zero point worrying about it.

True but I just wanted to know so Im not just wasting possible performance.

Neither of those games can utilise the full potential of your pc, your going to need far more demanding games to get the most of it.
