Hello. I noticed that my gpu's (Msi 1660 S ) Memory or Gpu clock is jumping from low values to max is that normal? Video:

Yes very normal, you will notice it stays at max if in game or doing anything else intensive, it is only showing you your current frequency, which will drop to idle when not needed
