Question Is something wrong with my Nvidia GTX 1050Ti?

I have a NVIDIA GTX 1050 TI 4GB GDDR5 on my laptop. I downloaded MSI Afterburner, and it shows that the base speed is 139Mhz with boost up to 400Mhz.. Isn't it low for this graphics card?

What is the laptop model?

Lenovo Legion Y530-15ICH 81FV. Could it be that the laptop doesn't have sensors? But it's still working? it also shows 0mV on the voltage

Do games run okay?

I would download and install GPU-Z and see what it says.

I would also, with afterburner running, run a game and check afterburner. You can set up afterburner to monitor various things, like :

"The Hardware Monitor shows you critical hardware information in real-time; temperature, usage, clock speed, and voltage. You can even display selected information on-screen while you game, so you can keep a close eye on key statistics."

I will try, by the way, Windows Task Manager does show usage percentage of the 1050Ti.. so I assume it's not dead, probably no sensors?
