Question Is something wrong with my pc

On my z87-a motherboard, the cpu_led, vga_led and boot_device_led are red for a few seconds when i start my computer, but then they just stop. Its also in order which ones are blinking
First cpu_led, then vga_led then boot_device_led. Is this normal? Because I don't remember them blinking red and my computer does get hot rarely (I realized this after having a little accident with wires but it didn't seem that serious)
If I seem like a newbie, I am, hardware isn't my strong side

It is normal for debug leds to light in order as the computer posts. If it doesn't and one of the lights is left on is typically a "helpful" start to troubleshooting.
