So i recently build a new gaming, an i dont want any dust getting on it, so i try to keep it elevated from the ground by putting my PC on top of the Styrofoam that came with my case.Is this safe, considering that Styrofoam conducts electricity? Also, do you think Styrofoam attracts dust?

Solution
Styrofoam doesn't conduct electricity but if you rub it, it will build up a static charge which may attract dust or shock the PC - depending on how unlucky you are :). Maybe use some wood or plastic?
The best way to keep your case dust free is with a positive pressure airflow.
You want most of the airflow to come from intake fans that have dust filters.
What case do you have?

I think there must be something better than styrofoam. It is soft and can easily flake off chunks.
Unless you are on a carpet, I think I would use nothing under the pc.
