[SOLVED] is techspray 1978-dp good on a ryzen 9 3900x?

i recently got some new thermal paste and sometimes im getting some random spikes to 65, i am using air cooling but im not sure if its normal for the cpu or not

Which cooler are you using? If stock then yes its normal.
