Question Is Tforce Delta RGB compatible with Asrock b450 Steel Legend?

I'm looking for anyone with the same build or anyone who can help me solve my problme.
My PC Specs:
Ryzen 7 2700
Asrock B450 Steel Legend
Tforce Delta RGB 16gb dual channel 3200 Mhz

My problem is it only reads 2400 mhz of my memory. Already changed the settings in bios to make it 3200 but still reads only 2400.
Changed XMP setting to XMP 2.0 Profile 1. Also set it to 3200 mhz. but upon restart it's still 2400 mhz

Yes they are. a2 and b2.
I also tried putting them in a1 and b1.. still the same
