Is that okay to use "Lagacy" mode instead of "Uefi" ?

Hello,

For some reasons, I had to reinstall windows which I have done this time in Lagacy mode.

I heard in some places that UEFI is successor of the normal Lagacy bios.

So as I explained, I've already installed windows 10 after setting Lagacy mode, is there any need to change to UEFI? It's not possible to change so I'd need to reinstall windows which is kind of a time taking task.

I notice that in Lagacy mode, the boot time is a little bit slower then that of UEFI (very minor difference) but that's not a problem at all.

So other then the boot time of windows, is there any other disadvantage of using the Lagacy bios mode? And is that fine to keep using it in Lagacy one (I may reinstall windows in UEFI in future in case of windows corruption etc maybe but for now want to keep on using this one)

There are some security improvements, however it is highly unlikely that you will find anything that will exploit your BIOS.

If the startup speed doesn't bother you, it should be okay to stick with Legacy.
