Hi guys, want to get your point of view on this pc?
I want to build new pc for things like:Streaming,Gaming and working with 3D.
Should i change something? Also need to minimize costs and get best money-quality ratio

Your choices are a bit contradictory. An unlocked Intel CPU is MORE costly, when you factor in the price of a capable motherboard and cooling and adequate power supply. That's not minimizing costs. Also it's a 6 core/12 thread CPU, if you can really use those threads maybe AMD Ryzen might be more cost effective.

What you've put together is a top notch system but it's closer to a 'money is no object' system rather than a minimize costs system.

The DDR4 ram will cost a lot, there's no getting around that. The videocard will cost a lot, there's no getting around that. You can trim costs elsewhere though. Over $80 on a cooler, that's almost ten percent of the cost of that system.

Looks good. You could of course save some money on things like CPU cooler and power supply and then get a 2TB HDD instead of 1TB. Games are ridiculously large these days.

But you said money-quality and you did pretty good on quality. Quality costs money.

Here's your build if you were trying to save costs without sacrificing quality. The only thing you sacrifice is a little cooling performance if you wanted to overclock. Plus I added 2TB. But the cooler, case, and power supply you picked are also desirable.

*Well, the case is lower quality. I really like the Enthoo Pro M. It's very nice.

Thank you for the answers guys, the last quastion is about cooling system for i7 8700k. What will be the best choice? Is "be quiet! Dark Rock 3" not enough for that? I don't want to hard overclock to 5.0 Ghz.
Does overclocking really needed? How much perfomance should i get, can you help? I just saw some YT videos between 3.7 and 5.0 ghz in games and the difference was ~5 fps, so it's not worth to overclock CPU that hard. Maybe I'll see the difference in streaming or rendering?
