Is that Screen tearing? Video in description

Hi,

as the Title says i have some weird "Sphere" around my character which bugs out the shadows and textures around me.

This only happens in dx9 mode. (starting dx9 cuz otherwise i have display driver issues)

- enabling Vsync and buffering doesnt help
- disabling Ambient occlusion makes the lines itself invisible, but the invisble lines keep bugging the shadows etc.

It looks like screen tearing, but it also looks more like an issue with textures within the game. It could be a problem with DX9 running on rust. You might want to upgrade your GPU if you are having problems running it.
