Question Is the 1080 Ti still worth it?

Hi, I am from Romania and I will be doing my first build. I was expecting the prices for the 2070 Super to be a little lower but nope. So I started looking at second hand 1080Ti for around 480$ with 1 year and a half more warranty(also 3 fans from aorus). The 2070 Super, the ones from palit and other small companies like palit are 600$ brand new. Is the difference worth it?

1080Ti + 3700x

or

2070 Super + 3600x

1080ti should be close or better than a 2070 super. The 3700x is faster aswell.

I would go 1080ti+3700x

Yes go with the gtx 1080ti and the better cpu . For performance in games its almost the same you lose the rtx that is useless anyway and the dlss that makes the games blury and you will never use it too (i already own rtx 2080).

I would go with the aorous with 3 fans because msi aero have a blower style cooler.
