Because thats how much this card costs in my country ATM. On sale it was $295 but the sale is over the price is back to 376. I know its way off MSRP but my only options are wait for another sale or wait for NAvi to maybe bring prices down

That's a tough question.
Here's how I would look at it.
Is it worth it to you?
Are you going to get $376 worth of enjoyment out of it?

Here's an example. I paid $1300 for an RTX 2080 Ti. It's worth it to me because I had the money and I wanted to game at 4K.

....but it probably wouldn't be worth it to someone, if $1300 was all they had.

As far as what are the RTX 1660 is going for in the states at the moment? I'm finding $279.99 as the best price.

....but if I wanted it for $376 I would buy it for $376.

Since PC is intended to be kept for at least 5-6 years replaced, the dilemma is between the 1660ti vs RTX 2060 (Palit version with small OC ).

Thats a $73 price difference between them in my country. The 1660Ti is $376 and the RTX 2060 is $449. Reading online and watching benches, i see a 10-12 FPS difference. But again, I dont wanna need to change the card in 2-3 years and 2060 is the absolute top limit. Just need to be sure its worth it

Im not from the USA. These prices are irrelevant. Even if I order it internationally from Amazon or Newegg, taxes and shipping brings it not very far from the MSRP in my country

It is impossible to say if it's worth it without knowing what your country is and what the prices of other higher and lower performing cards are.

Additionally, knowing what your current GPU is, and what your use case is, would be very helpful.

You cant take a look here and see all the options available under video cards. Palits' cards are the only ones prices reasonably. For reference, the number you see on the right is the price of each card. Take that price and divide it by 3.55 and thats the price in USD.

there is no current GPU
