is the 390 not Compatible with asrock b75 pro3?

I bought the amd radeon 390 but it keeps displaying "No display". I can see my display if i put the vga in the cpu.
CPU: i3 something(Can look it up if you want)
GPU: AMD Radeon 390.
Motherboard: ASRock b75 pro3.
Power Supply: 550W

ps the fans on the 390 is not spinning.

The fans may not spin if because that keeps the system quiet. I recommend you reseat the connections, reconnect the motherboard to the monitor, boot into the bios and see if the gpu is listed.

Are you plugging the video cable into the GPU or the motherboard? What is your PSU model, and did you plug in the required PCIe cables, being a 6-pin and 8-pin for an R9 390 (mine is a 6 and an 8)?

make and model of the power supply? plugging in all pcie slots on the video card is mandatory, did you do so?


because a 390 really needs a good 650w unit

Im putting the cable in the gpu, and i dont think i have 2 different pins so maybe thats the problem
