Is the 760Ti 2gb a quality card?

Look at the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 bar. It should do just fine at 1080p resolution.

It's an OEM card, not a retail card. If you want the equivalent card just buy an NVIDIA Reference Design GeForce GTX 670, since it's exactly the same card with a different BIOS version.

It may be available as a user selected option in pre-built consumer desktop systems from OEM vendors like Dell or HP etc.
