Is the 965 Phenom x II & Asrocks 970 Extreme 3 motheboard compatible with the RX 560 4g?
I don't want to buy and the gpu not work. i know my system is dated.

gskill ripjaw 1600, Antec 500 watt, crucial ssd 240 gig, Windows 10

I need a new card to play far cry 5 and ww2 cod.

I want to patch my old system with rx 560 if possible to last a little longer to i can rebuild.

Yes, it should work. Make sure you uninstall old GPU drivers before switching cards. Best to use DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-tags/download-ddu.html for that. There's an option specially for that scenario.
