I am planning on building a gaming desktop and not sure if these components are a good combination. Can you give me any tips on what I should change as my budget is 1100 euros on the tower only??

Mobo: Asrock Z97 Pro4
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690 3.5GHz BOX
RAM: Crucial Ballistikx Elite 8GB (2x4GB) 1600Mhz KIT
GPU: Zotac 4GB GTX970 DDR5
HDD: WD 1TB EZEX 64MB SATAIII Blue
PSU: be quiet! Pure Power L8 600W
CASW: Coolermaster K-280
OS: Windows 8.1

I want to be ale to play games that are not on console like reign of kings , rust , Gmod and maybe gta 5 but don think I will buy it soon as I have it on my xbox one.

If you're not buying it yet then it's harder to advise as new tech is always just around the corner. Best to wait until you're ready to buy really.

That said - get an SSD, change CPU to a 4690k, and consider getting a better quality power supply

Do you want to overclock your PC or just play games for the relaxation of it? if not don't spend more on the CPU than necessary. I do agree on the SSD and PSU.

I am planning on getting this build in the beginning of September as I am gonna start working. I am still not sue if I will get an msi gaming laptop as my current laptop is old and I will need a laptop for school . I only want to be able to play games that are not on xbox one is am getting It when I finish my o levels.

Is the corsair VS650 a good PSU?

In terms of quality it's not really much better than the be quiet PSU in your original build.

XFX, Seasonic, and any PSUs that are originally made by delta or superflower (such as EVGA B2 / G2, Antec VP550f, rosewill capstone) are your best bet

I can't find any shops in my country that sell XFX and seasonic is really expensive like over 100 euros. My choices are corsair cx600 , evga 600b or they ones I mentioned before
