Is the A8-7670K the same as the A8-7650K and Box# Question

I read that the A8-7670K is just a slightly overclocked version of the A8-7650K. Is this true? Also I found 2 different box #'s for it AD767KXBJCSBX and AD767KXBJCBOX are those the same cpu and if not what is the difference. Box#'s are from newegg. Thanks for any input.

Since the CSBX part number stresses the "Near Silent" cooling, I am betting that the biggest difference is the updated heatsink/fan that AMD rolled out recently. I bet the CBOX part number still has the older style fan.
