Is the ACX cooler better than others

Hello,
Just wondering if the EVGA cards with the ACX cooler are about the best you can get. What I mean is, I have heard wonderful things about the 780 and 780ti with ACX. Does gigabytes cooler compare as far as noise and heat go? I know its a vague question but just wondering if other companies have reputable coolers like the ACX.

They are one of the best out there. The only one that really competes is MSI's Lightning which is probably a tad bit better. If you're getting a 780 get a classified.

Classified is essentially just the highest end card. It's designed with the highest quality parts to allow for a higher OC and has faster clock speeds.
