Is the Aerocool V2X right for me?

Isthis case big / good enough for these specs?
Cpu Amd fx 4350
Mobo still deciding what to get
Ram 1x4 gb ram 1600 mhz
Psu Corsair Builder Series CX 430 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS certified
Gpu gtx 660
Also what is the best motherboard that supports this and is less than 40 pounds? I would prefer atx but it doesnt really matter.

No it is too small. Get one with 120mm Fans not 92mm. fans. You need a decent mid tower. A good motherboard would be
a Gigabyte GA 970 Ud3p. The 2.0 version if you can get it.
