Hyperthreading is Intel's proprietary implementation of Simultaneous Multi-Threading (SMT). AMD does not implement SMT on their CPUs, so no it is not hyperthreaded.

For the record, AMD's FX series microprocessors are organized into modules. Cores on each module share some resources including the L1 instruction cache, instruction decoding, instruction dispatch, and the FPU. This falls short of the technical definition of SMT, but it does have some of its characteristics.
