Question Is the Antec Atom 550W V550 psu good enough for my system?

I have a local store selling this psu for around $25 brand new (kinda worry because the price is so low) does it work well for my system. If not can you guys recommend me a good psu under $50.

rx470 strix
asus h61
12gb ram
128gb ssd
