Is the AOC E2070SWN good for gaming?

I was browsing for a good cheap monitor for gaming, then i came across the AOC E2070SWN for a good bargain of $70 (its 960000 in my currency). Was wondering if this monitor is any good for games likes csgo and dota2. On a tight budget.

See if you can get a higher resolution for that price point, other you can't argue at this price point..
