Is the AsRock A320M-HDV worth buying?

Hello, PC overlords!

I am planning to build a tight budget rig sometime before or in Christmas, of which the maximum price overall is less than $500. I've already got the storage (HDD) from my workplace, which was free. "Unfortuantely", I will not buy an SSD because I do not have enough money, so the speed-aholics can suck it.

I only have one and ONLY one problem; the motherboard. I picked the AsRock A320M-HDV, that has the lowest price in here. The product seems to have a 'mixed' performance rating, and some even say it was dead right out of the box. Will the A320M-HDV be good enough for my build, or should I sacrifice my remaining wealth and buy a better A320, and if so what brand/specific motherboard would you recommend? And also please note that I am from the Philippines, so expect slightly higher part prices and limited product line stocks and availability.

Here are my build specs:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 3 1200 AM4, $110.90
Motherboard - AsRock A320M-HDV, $62.60
GPU - Inno3D GTX 1050 Ti 4GB, $135.65
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 1×4GB DDR4 @2400MHz, $49.50
Storage - Seagate Barracuda 500GB HDD ST500DM002
PSU - Seasonic S12ii-520w 80+ Brz., $55.07
Case/Chassis - Tecware F3 mATX (DIYPC F2), $29.75

The PC won't be used for moderate/intense gaming until I get another stick in the next early months. The storage will be upgraded to a 1TB, along with the replacement of the motherboard with an AsRock AB350M Pro4 sometime in July or more probably next Christmas.

Thanks for the help!
