Is the ASRock AB350M (non pro4 nor the hdv)

I was thinking about a budget build and i cam up with a Ryzen 5 1600 and 1060 6GB with 8gbs of 3200mhz
I wanted to know if the ab350m mobo is good for slight OC like 3.8-3.9ghz?
