Is the ASRock B450 Pro4 a good choice for 100€? Are there any better ones for the same price? Not looking to pay more by the way.

Yes , Always spend a little extra on the board and PSU. Quality construction is a big plus.

I would say if you dont overclock it's not worth.
Get a reliable motherboard which that one is and see if it has all the ports and features you need.
