actually i saw one that used 1333 mhz ram. and actually powering core 2 quad processor.
would it still be worthless if i got a 1333 mhz ram ?
is 1333 mhz rams considered slow rams ?

Not necessarily, but since that's the max speed for RAM that this motherboard supports than yes, it is slow.
