Is the ASRock H81M-HDS a good motherboard?

I'm going to be building a gaming pc soon and I'm on a budget. So far I have chosen
Hyper X DDR3 1600 2 x 4gb ram
Sapphire Dual-X R9 280x
i5 4590
Corsair Spec 02 Case

I thought the Asrock H81M-HDS would be good but I was told this motherboard is a "low-end" motherboard. Is this motherboard good? Do I need to spend $150 on a motherboard? I'm on a budget so if this one is good and doesn't have any problems I would rather get it instead of spending another $100. Thanks
