Question Is the AsRock x99 extreme 3 motherboard compatible with HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 2666MHz CL16 1.2v RAM Memory

I just bought 2x HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 2666MHz CL16 1.2v memory sticks to upgrade my PC, but it wont boot.
The fans spin and the rgb from my fans and video card is glowing , but it wont boot.
When I use my old HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 2133MHz it works.
I have a suspicion that my motherboard can't sustain CL16 RAM.

If anyone can help me, I would be greatful.

Did you buy them in a kit? or bought each of them alone? if alone there is a chance that they wouldn't work.
Companies sell rams in kits, after begin tested for hours and hours and stress tested to see if they work together or not.

Well I bought them individualy , they did not have the kit from where i poth them from.But I sent them to the Guarantee and they came back with new ones and did not solve the issue.
