Asus routers where the model starts with "RT" (e.g. RT-AC68U) are cable routers. Those that start with "DSL" (e.g. DSL-AC56U) have a DSL modem built-in.

Thanks everyone for your advice, yes the Asus-AC51U is a router, not a modem/router.
