Is the Asus GL553VD compatible with Moc OS? The specs are: I5-7300HQ, 8gb Ram, 1050 2gb, 120 SSD 1Tb HHD

If you mean Mac OS as in Apple, then no not really. However you can google something called Hackintosh and people have found some work arounds though.
