[SOLVED] is the ASUS H310M-K R2.0 compatible with an i9 9900K?

I bought a the ASUS H310M-K R2.0 motherboard some time ago, but my current CPU doesnt fit in it so ive been wanting a new CPU for a while, and im thinking about getting an i9 9900K but idk if theyre compatible.
Any help would be appreciated

Yes, it is compatible, but that CPU is way to powerful for that motherboard and its VRM's.
