is the ASUS P8H61-M LX2 (Rev 3.0) working with a i5 2320 out of the box?

Does these two work out of the box ? i can't even find the same motherboard on the asus website, only the lx r2.0, the lx plus r2.0 and all but not this one...

as long as the appropriate version of bios is loaded it should not be an issue, the variations between 2.o and 3.0 are probably minor and considering this is an older board I would trust only the main page from Asus on this matter, make sure the bios is proper revision and go for it
