Is the Asus rog strix GTX 1070 quality wise any good?

I am living in India and I am getting it from the USA. I want a good quality wise 1070 which won't cause problems in future like stop working,etc. Or should I buy the EVGA GTX 1070 sc ?

Both are good cards, I'm running a EVGA 1070 superclocked in my rig, and I love it. You honestly won't go wrong with either one though. Both are good brands, and both brands have excellent customer service.
