Is the ASUS TUF B350M motherboard good choice

Hello, sorry on low english.
I have old MSI motherboard FM2-A55M-E33.
Need to buy new motherboard (for 100$-130$) that will have:
- 6 internal 3.5" HDD port (not RAID)
- compatible with AM4 slot, and athlon 950 x4 proccesor
- that will not overheat more that my old motherboard
I searched, and the only one that i think it's good is ASUS TUF B350M.
Am I right?
Is there a better choice?

TUF usually have 5 years warranty and top stability, so yes - good choice.
