Is the Asus VX248H a good monitor or is there an other option i should go with?

I have recently been searching for new gaming monitor and I was looking the Asus VX248H and I was wondering if it was actually any good.

Any budget limits , using monitors for gaming/watching videos/studying... , prefer panels(TN/IPS/VA) , size... ?

I have the Asus VS248 and it is amazing. I highly recommend an Asus display
