Is the ASUS Xonar DGX better than the integrated sound on the Z170-A?

I was just wondering if spending £20 extra on a sound card would be worth it, and if it is better than the integrated sound in my Z170-A (Realtek ALC982)

Also, would the sound card improve microphone quality? Or is it better on the integrated sound?

Just so you know, I am going to use the mic on the Creative Fatal1ty headset and I am going to use it for streaming and skype.

i want to buy xonar dgx but dont know whether my motherboard supports it or not.??
