It wil be good but it wil be overkill and to much cables that you don't need . you can rather take the be quiet! PURE POWER L8 350W less cable and much cheaper and more than enough watt .

I would not run the PhII and an 8800GTX on a 350W. A 500W unit should work fine. The L8 line seems ok, you should be good with a 500, 530, 550, etc unit from them if that's whats available where you are.
