Is the BenQ Benq XL2411Z a newer version of the XL2420T?

I'm wondering because if I decide to purchase the XL2411Z maybe I could use this review of the

Actually the XL2411Z is a newer version of the XL2411*T*.
The XL2420Z is the newer version of XL2420T/TE/TX (depending on region).

The XL2430T is the SUCCESSOR to the XL2420Z (Motion blur reduction panel).

Hmm the XL2430T isn't available where I live. Is the XL2411Z still good? Is the XL2430T better?
