Is the Benq XL2411Z any good?

Should i go with another monitor, mainly gonna play cs:go. I don't know a lot about cables like displayport, but i know you can't connect the XL2411Z to one. Is displayport a lot better than HDMI?

I was thinking about XL2411Z but finally I bought LG 24GM77-B. It's cheaper, image is less blue, contrast (for spotting enemies in shadows) and colors are better. It's not IPS, but for TN and that price is pretty damn good.
In gaming those monitors are very similar but in all-day all-purpose usage (Internet, movies) you will be much more satisfied with LG. About cables. HDMI run only 60Hz. For 144/120Hz gaming DVI-D (gives you image) and Display Port (gives you image and sound) is a go.

That monitor is quite a bit more expensive than the Benq here in Denmark.

So if you cannot afford LG, and you cannot buy from amazon or ebay or something else buy BenQ. You should be happy with that one too. Ofc you can wait some time and hold cash for LG : )

I have the money, but it looks crap, like the monitor. It's just my opinion, but i think it looks trash. Can you recommend another monitor!?

In this price range you have only 3 good 144Hz monitors:
- LG 24GM77
- BenqXL2411Z
- Asus VG248QE

Pick one and you will be happy with 144Hz gaming : )

And about the thing with HDMI only displaying 60 hz. Does that mean the xl2411z cannot output above 60 hz, because it doesn't have dsplayport?

For 144Hz refresh you need DVI or DisplayPort. Your graphic card must have DVI or DP. BenQ have both of this connectors.

Yes. Read reviews of all monitors that I listed, check prices in your dk shops, pick one and you are good to go.
